Union Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that India’s artificial intelligence (AI) investments could surpass $200 billion, with approximately $90 billion already committed. “The proposed Bengaluru-Chennai corridor could cut travel time to just 73 minutes. This will significantly boost economic activity and connectivity,” Vaishnaw stated, reflecting the transformative potential of improved rail infrastructure.
